Found out about position through a recruiter towards end of September 2017. Interview process consisted of a phone screen, coding assignment, and one final. Interviewed for a Senior Rails Engineer role, received offer on 11/16/2017 however it came in 10k under range discussed with recruiter for a mid level role which was never discussed throughout the interview process. Hiring manager and agency recruiter ping ponged the blame game. Classic bait and switch!! I declined the offer.
