I had good experience with the recruiter as she was definitely helpful on learning about the companies and had a positive personality. The follow-up interview ,she was honest about the position that it will have responsibilities outside the role which is common from Start-up. I think, what I did not like was she was looking for someone with both applied and advanced researched not the aptitude to do the work. The question started from practical work to researched questions and she was asking what the specific "tool" name from a software. After the interview, I never got back response after a month.
