The process was informal and took place online via zoom. There was only one stage and it was more of a conversation than rigorous interview. It took about three weeks to start in my position afterwards.

It was an interview to get to understand my motivations for the position, and the responsibilities I would be expected to perform, as well as ways to progress further in career terms.

I used to work Mondays to Friday 9-6 so I didn’t have to much time for the interview. They showed flexibility and my interview was scheduled for 18:30. I really appreciated this.
