First, I received a phone call and a phone interview was conducted. It was my first phone interview and I was a tad nervous, but by the end of it I felt comfortable and new the company's mission statement and values were ones I completely agreed with and wanted a part of my life. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in and meet with two of the top members of the management team. I felt comfortable right away talking with them and they made the interview process seem like it was meeting instead of an interview.
