First you get a phone interview and submit consent to a background check. Once that passes you get an in person interview but it's more like signing papers because most of the time they have already decided to hire you if your background check comes back clean.

Great questions, excellent HR person. She was super friendly and helpful with explaining the role and the duties expected. Excellent! I felt comfortable with the process and felt like she gave me all of the necessary information I needed to know about the role. She also set up for me to visit my work site so I could see it.
