I apply at the college career fair. After 1 week, they issue out an online test, which is extremely easy. Then I got an telephone interview, which took 30 min. The process is enjoyable, and then I got one hour interview. They don't require online coding test, but their questions are fair. All questions are about the data structure and algorithm.

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
