I got a referral from one of LinkedIn friend and they schedule a first round 45 Min. They asked all about Scrum and scenario based questions and I answered all the questions in very manner. But they have not selected saying skills not matching as per requirement. I don't understand when the skills not matched then how could my profile got shortlisted for interview and even in interview I didn't observed any specific skill which I was not mentioned like I am sorry don't know kind of. Even I requested them a JD before interview they have not shared with me. Not sure why wasting of time and creates a hopes for person.
