Applied online, 1st round interview with recruiter, 2nd round with manager. The recruiter was very information about the role and stayed in touch the whole time. The interview with the manager was disappointing. She was not very welcoming and didn't seem to have questions prepared. She had me perform an Excel test which was frustrating because I know it well however, I've been working in Google Sheets for the past year and had to use that for my test which is different. Overall, it was not a good interview however, I really appreciate that the recruiter stayed in contact and actually called me to let me know they went with another candidate.

The interview process was approximately 4 steps, but was a bit discombobulated and unorganized. It didn't seem to have much structure. They asked for a big time investment only to leave you hanging with no true follow-up. 1. Initial recruiter screening 2. Hiring Manager virtual interview 3. Presentation 4.
