Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Live Nation Entertainment en sept 2025

      Entrevista

Was approached by their external recruiter for the role and went through 6 rounds of interviews that went on far too long like over 2 months. First 2 rounds were with two different recruiters working within the same recruitment company. Like in the first place, why would you need 2 separate rounds when they could have scheduled one call with both the recruiters taking the call together. 3rd round was with the hiring manager and it was the only nice and professional round. It’s downhill from there with the 4th round with some VP from the office. It was supposed to be a one-on-one but turned out to be a panel of 3 different people who were not very coordinated in asking questions and the conversation was a little awkward. 5th round was with some C level who was okay but decided there ought to be a 6th round with yet another senior executive. The strangest thing is that they only asked for a written assessment after the 5th round. Shouldn’t that be done sooner? Like after the round with the hiring manager perhaps? It seems messy and doesn’t make sense flow wise at all. They did say they were happy with the assessment though. The worst round was the 6th round as it took more than a month to set up because they kept changing the date, citing busy schedule, and rescheduling quite last minute 3 times. It’s a complete lack of respect of the candidate’s time. After the final round, the recruiter didn’t even bother with updating and by then, I’ve lost interest in the role and decided to withdraw and not proceed with it. Also, the recruiter did the reference check far too early in the process after I had the round with the hiring manager. Reference checks should be done when there’s an intention to make an offer but this was too premature and unprofessional IMO. The entire process was a complete mess that was poorly managed. It left a very bad taste and reflects very poorly on the company. If the interview process is this messed up, it is probably a reflection of the lack of internal structure which the C level actually happens to admit to.
