We operate an extensive recruitment process and the first interview is more informal, allowing us to put a face to an application and get to know more about people's personality and their goals for the future. We apologise if this was not communicated and you were expecting something more in-depth and competency based. We do tell candidates that they will only be contacted if they are successful as unfortunately we are unable to get back to all interviewees. Best of luck in the future.
