I had a screen interview with this company - with their HR team. It was a phone interview and everything started on time. The HR contact was friendly and polite. The issue I have with HR interviews is that and experienced candidate cannot get details on the job, the type of work, the team and other challenges. The interview was pretty dull - things like work authorization, am I over 18, confirming the pay, confirming the location etc. I realized that the pay scale was much lower than what I was looking for...and they wanted employees to relocate to Watertown NY - with no relocation assistance. Also, this is a sales position with no commission and no bonus - just salary. Lastly, the HR interviewer seemed to be off that day - bored, uninterested, unfriendly. Unfortunately, the position was not a fit for me.
