Lithium seems like a great place to work. They sent me an aptitude test to complete and once passed you have to take the test over webcam with the recruiter. The interview was with 5 different people. They all seemed happy working there except the controller. The controller was rude to me from the moment she walked in. I have no idea why. But I would never want to work with her and wish luck to anyone who does.
