I was called and asked to come in for an interview so I came and they asked me a few simple questions and told me they'd give me a call if they wanted to hire me and about an hour or less later they called and told me they'd like to hire me. It has been a pretty positive experience since I've started working here for the time that I've been here.

Casual conversation with the service manager and tour of the facility, with non-formal introduction to current employees. Described the basic requirements of the job and certain intricacies associated with store. Basic questions relating to driving and automotive interests.
