In the stress and rush of hiring for a time-sensitive project, our normal processes for notifying all applicants fell through with some candidates. Applying for positions and undertaking applications processes and assessments is time-consuming and stressful, and we agree that everyone should receive the courtesy of a follow-up letting them know the status.
