In the in-person interview, they grilled me for information that would normally cost thousands if they hired a consultant (how to redesign the website etal). I felt one of the panelists (not from marketing) wanted to pick a fight with me over how digital marketing would approach an enterprise market. They had no business interviewing like that before having their ducks in a row. Internal dysfunction seemed to be very high.
