I interviewed for the position of Junior Analyst at Liquid Technology in Pune. The overall interview experience was professional and well organized. The selection process consisted of four rounds: HR Round – Basic discussion about background, education, and career interests. Technical Round – Focused mainly on networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, routing, and troubleshooting. Candidates with CCNA knowledge are preferred. CEO Round – Discussion about technical understanding, problem-solving approach, and career goals. Manager Round – Final discussion about team fit and role expectations. The interviews were technical and focused on networking fundamentals. Candidates with CCNA certification or strong networking knowledge may have an advantage. Although I was not selected after the CEO round, the interview process was a good learning experience and helped me understand industry expectations better.
