A small group of approximately five to seven applicants is invited for an informational webinar that is held virtually, then, if selected to move forward, a two-step one on one interview is held in person at the office - first you meet with a team member, then you meet with the director; then, if selected to move forward a follow up orientation is conducted before the first day.
