I applied online. I was invited to a screening at the center. Once there, I was directed to a room full of other applicants. We all watched a short presentation on the company, then we were given a spelling test. The spelling test consisted of 20 or so increasingly difficult words, and some made up words.Then, we given a logic/critical thinking test. We had thirty (it might have been 20) minutes to complete it. After that, we were sent home. I received a call shortly afterwards inviting me back for the second part.
The second day consisted of a practical component, where we were taught some basic steps of their program and expected to demonstrate ability.
Then, the interview happened. It was relaxed, pretty standard. I was offered the job immediately at the end of the interview. I got the impression that if I got to the second day at all, I was pretty much already hired.

"If you saw a vase with dead flowers in the lobby, what would you do?"
"If you saw trash on the floor, what would you do?"
"If you see someone you don't know in the center, what would you do?"
"What are your areas in need of development, and areas of strength?"
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
