2 parts, a one on one interview and team interview with testing day one is testing for logical analysis day two is both a team interview and one on one interview the interview is quite easy, though only two individual of 10 made it to the second round (including myself and one other person)

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
