They called to set up an interview the same day that I submitted my application. After speaking with me for a few minutes they said the next step was to come in an do a screening which would assess my knowledge and critical thing skills. Availability was very important and I ended up cancelling the screening because my schedule was not as flexible as they needed. They encouraged me to reapply.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
