Went in for a spelling test and a critical thinking test. The second interview was the in-person, though it was clear where I went that they needed people, so anyone who could pass the two tests was hired, regardless of how their in-person interview went.
Thank you for sharing about your experience. In addition to the spelling and critical thinking tests, applicants for the clinician (tutor) role must pass an aptitude screening and personal interview. Successful candidates demonstrate they can learn to effectively implement the steps of our unique programs in a positive manner.
