I applied on an on-line service and then received an email inviting me to a screening the next day. A group of 4 of us were taken to a room to watch a very short video on the history of Lindamood. We were then asked to take an easy spelling test of 25 words with 4 nonsense words to be spelled phonetically. Then came a critical thinking test which I felt was difficult. They check the spelling test as you take the critical thinking test but never let you know how you did. You are then told they will reach out to you in a day or so. I was emailed the same day with the generic, "Thank you for applying but..." denial letter.
