The hiring process is heavily based on how well you test results are--The first part consists of a spelling test, following with a 3 part standardized test on the following subjects: Logic, Deductive Reasoning and Assumption. I would suggest getting familiar with these subjects! If you do well, you move on to the interview process and you are asked to share a little about yourself and what your availability is. If you do not pass the screening process, they will call you (first) and let you know that you are not hired (basically).

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
