First a 25-minute telephone interview with 3 people from the department where they asked me to go over my resume first and then the group asked 5 questions. The original application had included about 30 questions and case study examples. Their 5 questions came from those. They chose three people as finalists for an in-person interview. The final interview was with 5 people for one hour with about 10 questions in all. They primarily asked questions related to the content of the job or past experience.
