The interview process was formal and I met with the property manager and the Chief engineer. I answered a few questions and took the test for formalities sake. The questions I didn’t know the answers to, the Chief engineer explained to me what the answers would be and why. I was given the opportunity to tour the building to see what kind of mechanics I would be working with if hired.
