Got a call from HR to come in for an interview after applying online. Had the interview with Engineering manager and HR manager. Interview was about 45 mins, explained what the jobs was, how busy the plant was going to be, responsibilities and if I would be provided any training.

very easy and lot of stressful situations question aa thats all they have there nothing else. salary negotiations. they expect you more than what they pay you. promotion is a lollipop.

The interview was technical and behavioral base questions. the manager asked many fundamental questions about the manufacturing process and some safety-related questions. moreover, behavioral questions also requires technical actual experienced scenario. the overall interview was smooth.
