The interview process was 4 stages which progressed quickly. Stage 1 was an initial phone screen with a developer to discuss my background and general HR questions. Stage 2 was a few days later and was a product management Skills Test with 2 different developers. I was not required to prep anything in advance for the Skills Test. Stage 3 was a Culture Fit interview with the CEO and another developer (same day as Skills Test). Stage 4 was a reference check with a prior manager. I set up the call but was not on the call.
