HR phone screen with V. V could not answer one single question about the actual role. She could discuss at minimum the company after that nothing. It might have been the most vapid phone screen ever. Hi Mama is likely passing up great candidates because of reckless uneducated HR reps like V.
First round is with HR, second is with Hiring Manager, final is a mock/demo presentation with the VP. I wouldn’t waste my time doing the presentation. They expect you to know so much about their company and to do all this research and prep for a 2.7 rated company that doesn’t have much structure or professional development in place.

Initial phone screen then scheduled second interview with the hiring manager was canceled the morning of. My contact from Human Resources has not responded to reschedule the second interview despite two my attempts to check in. This is a red flag - very telling of the company culture.
