At the end of the first interview with the VP of Engineering, she let me know that she would contact me for the next step in the process (interviewing with members of the engineering team the following week). I never received any communications from her or the company, even though I followed up two separate times one week then two weeks later. No courtesy email, just completely ghosted.

The technical interview is much more specific. Make sure to remember your unit ops classes very well. You will be asked questions about them as well as about how deionization works.
