I was interviewing for the "Mobile Software Engineer – Flutter" position in February. From the words of the recruiter the interview process is the following: 1) initial call with the recruiter; 2) technical interview; 3) product interview; 4) call with the CTO. I was able to attend an initial call and technical interview. Everyone was very kind and positive. The technical interview was conversational without coding, to understand my experience and mindset. After the technical interview, I was told that the recruiter would contact me with further steps. After 10 days of silence, I tried to reach out to the recruiter via email and LinkedIn but got no response. Almost one month after the interview, no one contacted me and provided any feedback.
