It was good. I was surprised that there were 3 rounds, but I think this also gave me the opportunity to meet more people and to be sure I really wanted this job. I was very nervous to find out if I got the job or not, the 1,5 week I waited for the answer felt like the longest ever, but I was very happy I got the job.

Super duidelijk proces, startend met een kennismaking met de recruiter! Vervolgens een gesprek met mogelijke teamgenoot en Teamlead Afrondend gesprek met team lead en manager. Werd echt tijd voor je gemaakt en men was langs kennis ook geïnteresseerd een stukje persoonlijkheid.
