-First interview is with a hiring manager who asks some general questions and your knowledge about the Lightspeed in general
- Second is with 3 managers who want to see how you conduct a demo, make sure to identify decision makers and any pain points they bring up and know the system as best as possible and how you can sell them.
-third interview is easy going over how you handle customers, or objections and just a bit more personal

Swift and efficient interview process. Every stage was clear and straight forward with a fast response time afterword. Every person I spoke to seemed to want to learn about me and my fit, but also seemed to enjoy their position which painted the company in a warm light.

Entrevista
The interview process at Lightspeed was every salesperson's dream. Recruiter screen to final interview was fast, without long delays between interviews, and efficient, without unnecessary steps. The primary recruiter, Kim, was very easy to talk to, transparent throughout the process, and quick to follow up after each interview.
