Initial call with the recruiter was to get to know my experience, career goals, why I left my previous company etc. Then a technical interview with the hiring manager where I was asked more in-depth technical questions related to my job and some behavioural questions. Third interview was with a peer/colleague, this was a casual conversation to get to know how I work in a team and I was also given the opportunity to ask any questions. Last interview was with the Director of Partner Development - this was a friendly conversation and they just wanted to know who you've met during the hiring process, how your experience has been so far, why you're interested in pursuing this role and if you have any lingering questions. Overall I had a very positive and seamless experience! Kudos to everyone at Lightspeed for making the process so smooth and enjoyable. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't wait for my first day!!
