I first thought it was a great and transparent experience. But after several rounds of interviews for different roles I felt bounced around and confused more and more. There are way too many people involved. Several recruiters, talent managers, reporting managers all over the globe working different timezones which made the process a little confusing. Realized they aren't really clear on what exactly they are looking for as that changes from person to person you interview with. Feedback was absurd and seemed to be 'going through the motions' with no regard for my time being wasted.
