Review process was fine. Friendly, straight forward, talked about past experiences. My main gripe was them asking what my ideal pay would be to which I responded $40k annually. They got back to me with an offer of $16/$17 an hour. In today's age this is simply too low. If you want salary based, professional work you need to offer professional wages. $40k is the bare minimum anyone should be getting paid for entry level work at a company and soon it should only be more because of inflation. At this point I could work at McDonald's for just a few dollars less.
