My first and fourth interview were with a member of the recruitment department. The questions were generic but felt genuine in trying to establish a a match in core values and professional expectations. The second and third were more in depth, with members of the department I was hoping to join. Each interview was nicely set up and felt like a preparation for the next. I was happy with the process and the results.
