I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter for an interview. My experience mirrors some of the others on here: The recruiter didn't call at the agreed upon time. I followed up and was told the recruiter would sent her availability to reschedule. She disappeared again. I didn't follow up because I already had another offer, but she did eventually follow back up for an interview and we met over the phone a few weeks after the missed interview. Overall, the recruiter was extremely unprofessional. Who misses an interview THEY scheduled? As an AMFT, I tried to gauge what experience was needed for the role and the recruiter was both extremely vague and repetitive. It seemed like she didn't know, but just kept talking to pretend that she did. It was extremely frustrating.

I was given a call by the HR of that location and we briefly spoke over the phone to set up an interview time. I was interviewed over a zoom call and was asked 4-6 questions related to my experience. All in all it was an enjoyable interview.
