The first and third rounds were very pleasant. The second round, with the hiring manager, was strange. He seemed disengaged and almost inconvenienced.

They said they wouldn't hire anyone who's gay, has lived with someone before marriage, or someone who has had premarital relations. I hold strong Christian values, but I love everyone no matter how they live their life. I can't in good faith be part of a company that dictates its employee's lifestyles. Also, it sounds like illegal employment discrimination.
