6 cumbersome stages, and only 2 of them involved actual real people (all online though). had to send them a full analysis and presentation and disease analysis. After which they did one more interview round which went well but didn't offer the job. Was a little worried it might have been a fake hiring process.

Too many rounds with a ridiculous way of evaluating potential employees. For the presentation in the last round they ask you to prepare a proposal and if you don’t do it the way they like you’re out. The process is way too long, responses are always late and I received a rejection after the 4 interviews with the hilarious reason of ‘we only accept PhDs for the position’… really? Thanks for making me waste my time and not checking my CV beforehand
