I saw an add for a company that was hiring lifeguards, and faxed in my application. They called a few days later and asked me to go in for an interview. There was one other person there being interviews as well. They asked the typical questions - why do you want to work for us, what are your strengths and weaknesses - and at the end of the interview they offered me a job on the spot.

it was during covid so the interview was on zoom. The interview consisited of a series of questions. The interview went well and the interviewer was nice and well prepared.
