Lots of phone calls and emails. Employees were pleasant and warm. All were willing to answer questions and provide clarity regarding their practice and business priorities. Very business-focused, moderately client-focused.

It’s fairly easy and stress free. You initially meet with the practice development director to talk about the credentialing, onboarding process and compensation. Then you get scheduled to speak to the clinical director and if it’s a good fit, you move forward from there.
