Responded to ad on craigslist. Got phone call to come in for interview. Met with the CEO. All kinds of shifts which works great if you need flexibility. Talked about my job experience a bit. Reviewed job opening. Gave a little tour. Was offered position that day. Relaxed interview. CEO is a very pleasant guy!
