I applied through a recruiter and had my first round interview online with the hiring team. The interview was 60 min long and mostly consisted of behavioural and basic questions about the science and technology in the field. It went well, got good feedback from the recruiter and they wanted to schedule a second round interview which never happened. I waited for more than two weeks and tried following up with the HR and the recruiter but no response, not even an automated rejection!! Its a shame that they are so unprofessional. Very disappointed :(

Was okay. Sensed they think highly of themselves but salaries are well below comparable companies. Was told my postdoc salary was already very high so unlikely they could match it.
