Fairly quick, but thorough. Consisted of phone interview, in person, practical and then meeting with GM. Was required to obtain an additional certification in order to be hired, which I did end up doing since mine wasn’t accepted.
Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.

First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.
