2 step interview, one briefly on the phone and another with the manager. Asked basic behavioral/situational questions. Nothing crazy was asked, just basic interview questions to get to know who you are as a person.

Pretty easy, If you just prepare some answers on what you would say, to the following questions I have listed below, you are going to do great. I went through 2 interviews, and every question they posed me was a question on which is found on the list I have provided.
