Casual, just a relaxed get to know you scenario. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Given that the position is geared around working with kids you want to be as open and fun as possible while still being able to show your ability to be professional in serious situations

The Manager was very nice but was in-experienced. It seemed as if her supervisor had not prepared her or at least went over her questions. The manager continued to stutter and had a hard time staying on topic. Terrible questions trying to relate to personality.
