Entrevista
Hundreds of people apply during the spring-time for this summer job. You are usually only chosen to do an in-person interview if you know someone who works there, have a recommendation from someone, or apply with a cover letter, strong resume, and reasons why you'd be a good fit to the company. The in-person interview is relatively short, mostly conversation rather than question-and-answers. Usually follows up with a group email of whom is hired so you can see the other people also hired, which I found strange.
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
