Entrevista
I had a phone interview with a recurirter. A few days after that I set up a time to take the assessment at a location and see what the day would be like. Another week later I met with the DM and had an in person interview. The recruiter followed back up with me with feedback from the interview. I heard back from him about another 4 days later offering me the position.

I was asked the basic questions. However, my first and favorite question was what is your favorite book and I thought that was great. It relaxed me and I wasn't so nervous. By the way my answer was, "The Fred Factor". it happened to be the book I picked up and read that day and I genuinely enjoyed it.

I had been an associate manager for years prior to my interview for store manager. Area manager and I were already familiar and he was very warm, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, even when asking me more serious questions.
