      The interview process was neither stressful or scary! The recruitment team are very welcoming and guided me through the process brilliantly. They reassured me that it was no issue that I had no experience or knowledge in their field of expertise, and that the in-house training would prepare me for the job role adequately.

      The interview process was extremely friendly. Sophie was really welcoming, making me feel at ease throughout the entirety of the interview. As the interview was during the coronavirus situation, I believe that they handled holding interviews very well, given the circumstances.

      Great positive phone call to start off selling that the company isn't just about hard sell or cold calling. Thought it sounded like a great place until I arrived and you're asked to do a trial and start cold calling people. What kind of a serious business wants its interviewees to call their 'leads'. A role play I can understand, calling real customers? Taking advantage of people being desperate for work and expecting them to do their dirty work for them. Very easy interview if you're prepared for a ruthless, hard sell environment as they seem to give the job to anyone having just recently had numerous new starters. Seems the staff turnover is very high. They expect you to go in on the last two Saturdays of the month if you haven't hit target, Not sure why their online reviews are so great as it seemed like a nightmare job.

We value all feedback and take every opportunity to improve our company for both our customers and employees alike. It is also extremely important to us that anybody considering employment with LifeSecure has access to clear and transparent information about how we run as a company. We would not describe this as a ruthless/hard sell environment due to our adherence to strict industry guidelines that keep ethical selling at the heart of our company ethos. LifeSecure Financial Services is an appointed representative of Arthur Brown (Insurance Brokers) Ltd, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and established in 1932. You can find us on the FCA register. As an advisory service, any customer we help is protected by the FCA Compensation Scheme. All calls are recorded and regularly monitored by our in house quality assurance team and our authorising firm, we are absolutely committed to maintaining our 100% compliance record. Through offering a completely free advisory service, we not only put in place protection which prevents families from being left financially distressed when the main bread winner of the house dies, but also conduct reviews on existing policies to identify when customers have been miss-sold or badly advised protecting them from huge financial loss, these customers found our service extremely beneficial. Please refer to our Trust Pilot to read reviews from over 1,900 of our customers who have deemed LifeSecureFS worthy of their business and their trust. All employees have their own personal target which is agreed upon by themselves and LifeSecure. We arrive at this personal target by not only taking into account their employment experience but also by assessing their ability in their interview trial. This allows us to ensure that personal targets are always realistic and achievable. On the occasion that an employee does not manage to hit their basic target throughout the month, we request that they come in on the last two Saturdays of the month for just a half day on their regular hourly rate to catch up. We also offer employees who are on target for the month the choice to do optional overtime on an increased pay rate. This has proven to be the most fair and flexible way to help maintain individual success rate and benefit everybody. As explained above, the trial is a way of assessing candidate ability but it is also the most effective way of gauging the suitability of the role for both parties. Data is very expensive; respectfully, we would not see granting access to untrained candidates as an advantageous way of generating high quality leads for our protection specialists – hence the trial is intended purely for assessment purposes. Before the trial commences, basic product knowledge and guidance is provided. The objective of the trial involves appointment booking only; therefor the customer will only enter into conversation regarding a quote or review with a qualified specialist. The entire trial is held under supervision and as with all of our calls – it is recorded and monitored for compliance. Typically, a junior lead generation role in a telesales office will logically have a higher turnover than a senior telesales position. This is due to the fact that employees are regularly promoted into more senior positions in other teams and departments. On average our sales advisers have been with the company 2-3 years, with some of team approaching a decade with the firm. LifeSecureFS is thrilled to have been able to remain stable and support our staff throughout this incredibly unpredictable and challenging time.
