The interview process was incredibly tense. Although I was asked some great questions, I do not think there was a need for that level of intensity, especially when it created an incredible amount of anxiety for every interviewee I was in the company of. Many candidates and spouses were so stressed to the level of tears during the day of interviews. I simply disagree with this strategy.
